Thanx 2011 for a wonderful year!
I have to start this off with:
I’m thankful for any kind of scrapbooking and especially this one that I just recently found and I’m definitely going try this year! I’m so excited to see how it turns out! It looks awesome! I’m not sure how a scrapbooking nut like myself never knew this existed or thought of doing it on my own. Can’t wait!
Isn’t that just gorgeous! This should be a lot of fun!
I’m also thankful for cheesy high school memories. I just found my letter jacket yesterday! It’s big and ugly and I LOVE it! I wish I had taken a photo of myself modeling the large hideous thing just for all you lovely people. I promise to get one for you later. 🙂
I’m thankful for a rockin workout/weight loss website I just recently found and can’t wait to give it a try and get started with the new year! I haven’t looked at everything yet, but I love that it takes body frame into account. It’s really informative in the fact that it basically says that every girl imagines and wishes for a stick thin Jennifer Aniston body and when they don’t achieve that, they give up. It helps women to see that if they have a curvier frame then shooting for a stick thin body is not doable because they have a bigger bone structure. Of course that seems obvious but sometimes I forget. I’m short, have wide hips that aren’t going anywhere, so my workout should be tailored to a curvier bottom half and maybe a better role model for me might be someone like Sophia Bush or Christina Aguilera. Hopefully this website can do me some good!
So, what are you thankful for?
At least I think I’m ready…
For what you ask? The New Year! I’ve been thinking a lot about New Year’s resolutions and what I’m going to tackle this year. I’m not totally sure of what resolutions I want to set, I’ve got a couple in mind but I don’t want to set too many because then it gets unrealistic and crazy.
I’m excited though and eagerly looking forward to the New Year!
I will definitely be sharing some of these resolutions, because sharing them will help keep me motivated. So stay tuned for my list, since I know your dying to know what I want to accomplish this year. ha ha I’m only joking, but really come back and help keep me working and stay motivated, I could use the help. 🙂
So what kinds of things do you want to work on for 2012?
I just LOVE Christmas time, it’s going to be extremely hard to take my tree down and go back to “regular” life. I hope your Christmas is wonderful!
Have fun, stay warm and cozy!
I’m loving these shoes and surprise, every single one of them is from modcloth. Go figure.
Oh my gosh, YES Please!
Aren’t the color blocked shoes so great?
Happy Friday Ya’ll!
That’s right, I’m thankful for all of you reading and leaving comments! You guys are great! It makes blogging so much fun to know that people are enjoying reading as much as I’m enjoying writing! Stick around and I’ll continue to write, craft, sew, (occasionally bake), and share life with you guys!
Secondly, I’m thankful for Cake Pops!
I’m going to make a batch this evening with my sister and sister in law! Which by the way, Happy Birthday Tara! The three of us are going to take a bunch of goodies to neighbors and friends nearby and share the love and sugar! Also, we have to have cake pops for Tara’s birthday! Delicious…
Also, I’m thankful for Aladdin snoring next to me in such a cute humanish way. (Pretty sure thats not a word) ha ha ha I love to hear puppy snores, they are too cute!
Lastly I’m thankful for traveling broadway plays! I’m going to see Les Miserables!
I’ve never read the story, had the story told to me or listened to the music but I just started listening to it today because my sister and her husband surprised us with tickets, so I have to get familiar! I’m so excited though and loving the story already. I’m kind of a die hard Phantom of the Opera fan so I’m pretty sure I’ll love this! You can’t go wrong with broadway/stage plays/musicals! They’re Great! Okay, that was a little tony the tiger but I’m psyched, it will be fun and I promise to provide you with lots of pictures. We’re driving to Dallas the day after Christmas so I might disappear just for the day but I will be back, that’s a promise!
So….. what are you Thankful for?
I randomly stumbled across this quote and all I could think was SO TRUE. Do you ever have those moments where you think to yourself, what if I make the wrong choice and miss out on all the wonderful things that are supposed to be mine. What if I take the wrong path and the other side was the way I was supposed to go? Obviously I don’t really believe these things, but sometimes it’s hard not to be scared if a big decision has to be made.
Should I have majored in that? Should I get job? Which one and where? When should we have children? How many? You know just the “little” things in this life.
Then I saw this quote and had to laugh! It’s so true!
Why is it so easy to over think things? Oh I know why, because we’re all human. 🙂 So when your unsure just remember, what’s meant for you, is yours.
Great Quote and Happy Hump Day!
5 Days till Christmas Day!
